We have invested in the value of our team, focusing on the training and training of all company personnel. Among the various training paths to which our employees have access:

We also support continuous investment in machinery, equipment and certifications (10% of annual turnover), because the quality of work tools is essential to constantly improve overall quality. In 2018 we decided to equip ourselves with ERP in order to integrate additional fundamental expertise for the production process, thereby facilitating management control.
We also keep update by observing the work of our competitors and studying the news of the sector: we are present, as exhibitors or visitors, at the main trade fairs, both national and international (Innotrans Berlin, Expoferroviaria Milano, Eurasia Rail Istanbul, Light + Building Frankfurt, SMT Hybrid Packaging Nuremberg, Productronica Monaco, Electronica Monaco, Illuminotronica Bologna, Smau etc.)
