With these words, our CEO Leonardo Fabbri tells us how the trip to Munich for the 2022 edition of Electronica went.

“Il settore dell’elettronica avanzata soffre ancora molto dei problemi derivati dall’interruzione della supply chain. Per noi il punto dolente è stato ed è, in particolare, l’approvvigionamento di semiconduttori, fondamentali per le nostre produzioni. Per questo ad Electronica 2022 siamo riusciti ad aprire canali di rifornimento con partner nuovi“.

Together with Fabbri were present at Electronica engineer Francesco Parrini, production manager, and Jacopo Testi, electronic technician and production operator.
“It was a moment of networking with some of our suppliers – said Francesco Parrini, production manager of Elfi Electronics -. Going to Munich allowed us to meet face-to-face and take the time to deepen the relationship.
“But Electronica also showed us the great work that Germany is doing in our sector, with the model of professional districts and the great capacity for innovation, starting right from the investment in professional schools”.
“It was a very interesting learning experience – says Jacopo Testi – and I would have gladly stayed a few more days: for someone like me who works in production and doesn’t have easy contact with the outside world, being able to get out of the comfort zone of work in the company is been useful for understanding how the semiconductor market works now, which has an incredible global reach”.
