The Competition and Market Authority has just announced that it has promoted Elfi Electronics
Elfi Electronics went from a ★+ to ★★ stars. The legality rating is a summary indicator of compliance with high legality standards by companies that have requested it.
“A recognition that we greatly appreciate – said Leonardo Fabbri, CEO of Elfi Electronics – and rewards the efforts and attention we devote to the issue of legality, which is not by chance the second of the ethical principles of our Code of Ethics. We decided some time ago to include legality among the company values and, like every choice we make, we are actively working to make it become concrete actions and company decisions”.
This recognition takes the form of a score between a minimum of one and a maximum of three “stars”.
The assignment of the rating may be requested by companies that “cumulatively” meet the following requisites:
- operational headquarters in Italy;
- minimum turnover of two million euros in the year ended in the year preceding that of the request;
- registration in the commercial register for at least two years from the date of the application;
- compliance with the other substantial requirements required by the Regulation.
The score varies from one ★ to a maximum of three ★★★. The basic score can be increased by receiving “+” for each additional requirement that the company complies with and which is provided for by the Regulation. Three “+” lead to the attribution of an additional star.
